Wood was not cut to right lengths, they were not delivered on time, large bearer wood is bowed. Very dissapointed will not be dealing with this company again

Hi guys real review here. I'm a tradie and provide fencing all over Sydney to home residents. I purchased a few times from these guys but won't be any more.I was delivered bent unusable material (timber) and when I emailed Lydia got no response. They sent me old warped stock and think it's ok it's not! My customers expect good quality material and so do I.Literally I cannot use around 6-7 lengths of 5.4m of timber. Old, dark and bent like turns of an old hot wheels track.Also, after ringing me the day before order to tell me not having posts after taking my $$ (which honestly I can deal with stuff happens) they send me what they have. Which included the rustiest metal post that you can find.They seem to think palming off there old material to a small company is ok and we can wear it, so here I am.If you are a tradie and are reading this honestly this is one of those situations where saving a couple of dollars will end up costing you. This is definitely my experience

It's taken me a while but... STS , Ellie in particular, have given outstanding customer service!!!! They deserve better even than 11/10 ...11/5 from me!I had a problem with some non arsenic treated pine rotting. STS when WAY above and beyond in chasing down the supplier and replacing the rotten wood
