Cheap Movers Perth

This feedback is mostly how the staff handled the complaint. I had 2 people over to move my stuff from the storage unit to my brand new house. I had this fancy cement table that was too heavy. I noticed one of the removalists walked over it. When they moved the table it ended up bending upwards. The question is should they disassemble the item during the move. I also used this movers to put my table in storage. I contacted office about 2 days later 47h later to let them know about the damage. The lady who answered said they don't cover fragile items. My argument how come the staff jumped on my fragile item? She asked me why did I pay for the move. I said 2 men worked hard to move my staff over few hours I couldn't just not. I said incidents happen so I decided to call and find out what can be done about this? Just saying they can move your stuff yes but if anything goes wrong they will say sorry not covered. They also asked why I didn't report earlier to which I reply because it wasn't my priority. On their agreement it says report within 48h which I did.Bad customer service in the office. Basically, I feel they took no responsibilities. Again the guys worked hard but furniture sometimes gets damaged in the transit. The one star goes to the lady who dealt with my complaint.

Absolutely shocking, rude service. First time I moved with them, they sent the wrong truck size, which I still paid for.Looked at moving again, and the response to my queries was directly ignored. I then called and the man I spoke was extremely rude, would not answer simple questions, spoke over the top of me as I spoke. He then continued to harass me.Do not go with these people. They're clearly dodgy, just a quick buck.

Really not impressed with these guys. Booked via Gold Removals, but these clowns showed up on the day. Booked a 10am-12pm slot, but they arrived 20 minutes late.I've never seen movers work so slowly. The guy leading the team was ok, but his offsider plainly didn't want to be there, had absolutely no clue or motivation, and moved at the speed of dark. It took these two around four hours to empty a sparsely occupied three bedroom house - only one bed to dismantle, and fairly straightforward access, albeit on two levels.Then, on arrival, and with the truck partially unloaded, they demanded payment before the job was complete, *after* we'd noted damage to some furniture. They inflated the time it took when they billed me, trying to overcharge and refused to continue until I'd paid.Minor damage to my stuff - a dent in the fridge door, and rub marks on the fronts of wooden furniture. Not worth the grief to claim on their insurance, especially noting the other reviews on here about remedying issues.And....the filthy beggars urinated all over the toilet seats in the house when they took a leak. Talk about taking the piss.Do not recommend - avoid them if you want a stress-free move.

Apart from destroying some of my furnitures, these guys tried to rip me off big time. Two men spent two hours loading our stuff and when unloading to the new place, they asked me to pay them in advance for an extra two hours just because they spent two hours loading the stuff. I didn't agree and told them to just unload the stuff and in the end, it only took them an hour. The manager gave me a discount of $30 for arriving late on the appointed time. I shouldn't bother writing this review but our couch got some rips, there is now a dent on our fridge and the artificial plant came off from the big pot which is the cause of negligence. I sent my concern to the manager but never received a response.

Worst removalist experience ever!! After organising to have some items removed they argued they want an extra fee and then decided they didnt want to do it at all. Ontop of that they quoted 4-5hrs to move and unload the items. Everything was too hard for them and wanted extra money.I found someone else at short notice who did the same job no fuss no extra costs and only took 1.5hrs.

Great service from Stan & Deep! The entire team ( including their admin support) was great: prompt, reliable, honest. Stan & Deep were funny but respectful, careful with my items, had professional equipment and best value for money. I shall never try AirTasker as long as this company is around! Definitely using them again! Thank you guys!

To a great degree happy with the administrations we got from beginning to end. Exceptionally responsive administration faculty gave a brisk, exact statement and contact all through the experience. Neighborhood modest movers gave quality administrations and built up great compatibility. Very suggest!

We are very pleased with Cheap Movers. John the manager was polite, informative n patient to explain services provided. He always returned my calls.On the day of our move, we were impressed with Harry and Parry who were friendly, careful n efficient. Thanks heaps :)They were careful with all our items esp the big fridge n beds. Harry thanks for excellent truck driving down the narrow driveway.

Great job. Everything was moved quickly with no issues and in good condition. Was a big job, large two storey house but the guys kept going until it was all done, even though it was a larger job than expected. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Would definitely use again.

My husband Paul and I were very happy with the service from Cheap Movers Perth - Dayton. He rang the day before to organize transport of a queen bed, desk and dining table from his Mum's place to ours. We only had a small window of availability and they were able to fit in with us for a 7am pick-up. Two men and a truck met him on time, packed things very carefully with rugs and tie-down straps, transported the goods safely and set them up at our place. The whole job took less than an hour and the cost was extremely competitive. If you need your stuff moved cheaply and safely, these are the guys!
