Maret Leesi Pregnancy and Remedial Massage

From 22 weeks I’ve been losing sleep due to sore hips, calf cramps & due to my work as a hairdresser my back, shoulders & neck are always sore anyway so I booked an appointment with Maret after doing some reading on the benefits of specialist pregnancy massage.I used to occasionally get remedial massage prior to falling pregnant & found my experience with Maret to be the most thorough, healing massage I’ve ever had.Her space is very calm, clean & her gorgeous dog welcomed me at the door.It was such a treat to be able to lay face down on her special pregnancy-friendly massage table & she worked on my sore spots with firm hands but without overdoing it or causing me pain.I felt so calm & so well looked after & I slept so well that night.I will definitely be back & whole heartedly recommend Maret to anyone looking for a very skilled massage therapist to help your body cope with the aches & pains that come with pregnancy.Thank you Maret!

Cannot recommend Maret’s pregnancy massage highly enough! At 36 weeks pregnant, I arrived to Maret after my most uncomfortable 24 hours suffering from sore lower back, aching hips and legs. Following an hour pregnancy massage I felt AMAZING. I slept really well that evening and the next day still had no aches to speak of!I only wish I’d found you sooner Maret, thank you and see you again very soon!

My massage with Maret was amazing! She focused on my feet and calves, and was able to relieve some of the swelling in those areas. I'm not sure whether it was the pressure she applied to the pressure points in my lower back, or just the relief that came with being able to lie on my stomach and relax for an hour, but I definitely noticed that moving around after the massage was less painful/laborious than it was prior to the massage. Cannot speak highly enough of this massage (sole disappointment is that I only found Maret's business late in my pregnancy).

Maret is wonderful and her pregnancy massages are amazing!! I moved to the other side of town between pregnancies but keep coming back because she's simply the best!

Just had my first pregnancy massage with Maret. Honestly in my top 5 massages of all time. I had a 90 minute massage and I was so relaxed I dozed off a few times. Will definitely be back!

Maret was really friendly from the moment I arrived at the front of her house. Her home office was cosy and comfortable. It was great to have a specialist pregnancy massage table so I could lie face down.Other places I’ve been to would just have you lie on your side.She knew the pressure points and where I needed work done.She can process private health cover.Have already recommended to my other female friends who are looking for pregnancy or remedial massages.

I don't normally leave reviews but Maret was excellent. It was a relaxing environment with a special massage table setup for pregnant ladies to ensure comfort! The massage itself was great - working out all those knots without overdoing it - and Maret is also a lovely lady to converse with. Highly recommended.

First time coming to Maret and by far the best massage I’ve ever had. I had particular area that I was struggling with beforehand tightness wise and she found it in no time and I’ve had no pain since.As well as so mindful with the pregnancy and thorough as well.Thank you Maret :) definately will be back and highly recommend.

I went to see Maret today for my first pregnancy massage. I’ve had countless remedial massages before but this was honestly the best massage I’ve ever had. She worked tirelessly on my tight neck and shoulders and gave me so much relief. I can’t remember the last time I felt this relaxed. I will definitely be booking in again! Thank you Maret!
