Blue Dolphin Swim Centre

My daughter started with Blue dolphin and we loved it. After a few months I went looking for cheaper options due to finance issues and blue dolphin being more expensive. I lasted 2 weeks with another school and the abysmal education there had me running back to blue dolphin. It might be a more expensive option but the education my daughter gets makes it worth every cent more. My daughter loves swimming lessons and their make up tokens if you cannot attend a regular lesson are fantastic.

The staff are wonderful and very accommodating with family needs. After missing a few lessons we arrived to find the times had been changed for our boys who are in seperate classes. The team acted quickly and were able to get our boys into a sessions for the day and then rescheduled their future session. Very impressive teamwork from the front desk team and the instructors. We highly recommend the team and Blue Dolphin.

Fantastic swim school! The instructors have done so much with my daughter in such a short period of time. She has build so much confidence in the pool and enjoying swimming. The staff are friendly and super helpful and understanding.

Been taking my now 3 children here for 8 years. All of them are confident and happy swimmers and they always enjoy going to their weekly lessons. Staff are always ready to help and teachers are great with kids.

Our 3 year old and 7 month old attend classes at Blue Dolphin, it is great. Our 3 year old is swimming independently and is so confident in the water. It is our favourite activity each week and I love watching the bond and trust between our girls and my husband in the water. The staff are super helpful, the coffee is great and the continual grading has allowed our girls to move up a level as they are ready instead of having to wait for everyone else. Highly recommend!

LOVE the family environment. The instructors are focused on the child and ensuring they are learning the skills taught. Highly recommend for learners of all ages and skill levels.

Great trainers, everyone is very friendly and it's a positive experience overall. However, ran into trouble when we needed to stop lessons for financial reasons and found very little flexibility using the make-up lesson tokens we'd accumulated. They really don't cater to working (sleep-deprived) parents of a baby. I gave feedback on how limiting the options were since I'm now losing over $110 worth of lessons with nothing to show for it, [31/5/23 they have since replied to my email and they were nice enough to at least stop the lessons 2 weeks early].We've been thoroughly put off and will go elsewhere next time. It's a pity to leave on such a sour note when the rest of our experience was amazing but really need somewhere where we don't have to pay for lessons we don't attend.

• Over crowded pools. Children crammed into small spaces for lessons.• Over crowded seating for parents. Limited room to watch children swim.• Minimal support for children who have lost confidence in the water.Our girls were at the centre for a long period of time. They were in the same class, enjoyed going and were progressing.A few months ago another child jumped on one of our girls in the pool, causing her to not want to get back into the water. I believe this is a result of over crowded lessons & limited space.Both girls lost confidence and have not wanted to get back into the water for weeks. The centre provided ‘limited’ assistance to encourage them back, however nowhere near enough was done.We had no choice but to leave after weeks of the girls not getting in the pool and a clear lack of support and guidance from the centre.

All my 3 kids have learnt so much at Blue Dolphin. All the teachers have been wonderful, friendly, and professional at the same time. Swimming skills actually get regularly evaluated in a structured and professional way. Plus, staff are very approachable and helpful and will always do their best to accommodate. I highly recommend this place.
