I walked in the store only to try out sizes as my 7 year old pair is looking crumpled, I wondered if there was a better size for me should I order another pair and talked to William. Will was very helpful and has a great understanding of the way the boots should fit. He also kindly offered to polish my old boots just as a gesture of goodwill ! I really appreciated the result after it was finished as it looked almost brand new.I really respect the effort that Will put into the customer service, definitely worthy of a pay rise :)

I've been looking for some boots for a while and we went to R.M Williams yesterday and the boots are so beautiful, comfortable and soft.Saffie, our Sales Associate, was amazing and her product knowledge was 100%. I've never owned boots and she answered every question I had even if it was a bit of stupid question. She even jumped in and asked if we had certain products to maintain the boots to get the most life out of them and explained how they works and how often to use them.I wouldn't go to any other store, Melbourne Central is the store to go to.

Came in to try a set of boots on with my partner and the customer service here did not disappoint. Not only is the location quite large and even though it’s in the middle of Melbourne central it’s nice and quiet but the staff are also so patient and helpful. Shoutout to the lovely lady that helped us today, this woman deserves a raise for how kind and thorough she was in helping us find the right pair of boots.

R. M. Williams does not need a presentation because the products speak for themselves. A store with a very good location in the shopping center, arranged like a cozzy boutique. The staff here is always friendly and experienced, represents and reflects trust.

Came here for just a fitting as I’m a newbie to the brand and wanted to find out my size and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The lady who helped me out was very patient and full of knowledge. Took about 10-15 mins trying out different pairs and wrote down my size and width. Much appreciated and will come back when I’m ready to buy. The boots on offer here are second to none.

I’m delighted by RMW’s merchandise, having bought much of its footwear, clothing and accessories since the early 90s. The customer service at Melbourne Central is irreproachable, the staff being turbo-enthusiastic without being pushy. No visitor to Melbourne should leave without having visited this retailer.

Excellent service from Mason today, ended up buying two pairs. It’s always great when staff believe in the products that they are selling and show enthusiasm as well as provide sound advice. Wow what a fantastic looking store and the staff are super friendly and helpful to boot.I dashed in the store just before closing time and the 2 lads went the extra mile to help me out with finding the perfect shirts.They didn't try and rush me, and instead spent time talking me through the styles and fit of these fantastic garments.Really happy with my purchase and experience in store. The staff went the extra mile which is very rare these days.Thankyou
