Came into the store on the 15th of April to get a clutch for my formal coming up. Laura was so lovely, and helped me find the perfect clutch to match with my dress and shoes that i showed her a picture of. I couldn’t believe that i managed to find the perfect shade to match. There were so many options! She was approachable, so friendly, and so helpful! She also told me about the buy one bag and get one 50% off deal so i ended up buying myself a well needed new purse for 50% off! Great store, great layout, and if all staff are like Laura, then exceptional staff and service too!

Good variety. Highly recommend, some nice pieces there. It was also so refreshing to not be harassed. Thank you to the staff for your professional demeanour, awesome knowledge of your products and investment in our needs as a customer. It would have been nice if we could see more detailed cleaning given the current times.

Walked in to buy a new purse and handbag and was not greeted at all. Cashier stood behind the till on her phone and even a smile was too hard for her to give. Would rather spend my money elsewhere

Walk in to the Browns Plains store Friday morning, sales person didnt even acknowledge me! She was to busy on the computer. I was there for 15 minutes (completely ignored me), I choose 5 pairs of earrings went to pay. There was no hello! She just scanned the items, the only words spoken were how much I had to pay. Absolute rubbish service! Wouldnt shop there again! The only reason I bought anything was because I liked the earrings but now wishing I just walked out!

Got to Colette browns Plains at 8:55. Theyre Meant to open at 9am. Myself and 4 other customers wait out the front while all surrounding stores open at 9. We wait till 9:10 before the manager of the store comes out and informs us that she won't be opening till 9:45 due to a managers meeting. Now I'm sorry but that type of thing should not take place during normal trading hours. People plan their day and in my situation, I drove to grand plaza specially to go to Colette and purchase products! Total waste of my time, and fuel!! You lost at least 5 possoble sales due to this poor business practice! I myself, will not be returning!!
