The customer service is 0My cake was 2 hrs late ... and that healthy lady didn’t even said sorry ... if they r busy ths not my problem... u need a smile if u r at front..And I ordered Black Forest and paid for that but they changed the outlook of it as they were busy wowChanging from 2 stars to 1 nowGood luck owner either change ur staff or tell them how to do the job

We Placed order and prepaid yet when arrived for pickup I was advised that cake is not there and dates were misunderstood and we had to travel to dandenong and wasted one hour to go and back to pickup cake and very annoying it was as we had guests waiting at home for cake cutting.No apology from any employee.Not a great experience even after prepaying for service.

Always kind and ready to help.Value for money.Ideal for those looking for eggless cakes.Absolutely delicious.Our personal favourite is pineapple cake.4 stars because the cakes have more cream than required on them. But a sure 10/10 for taste

Very bad experience. They have no idea what they making n how to deal with customers. Really thought to support community but they don’t deserve anything. Ordered cakes n they made different and very bad taste and design. They choose their own even I have sent the picture. Pls don’t buy from them. They ruined the big day of celebration n don’t even apologise. How this people leave in this country god knows. Cheater, Lier, useless, senseless

Best place for great fresh Patties, specially paneer and potato patties, I have tasted first time and really love it . Pineapple and mango Pastries was really good too . it is a third time in a week i went there
