I was excited to use a mobile service for the first time. Stuart gave me a price over the phone. He then groomed my dogs x2 (one large one small). The large labradoodle had the worst groom I've ever seen - I asked him not to use the clippers - he did! The small sheepadoodle had some matted areas, I asked him not to clipper her short because winter is near but simply cut the matted area - he ignored this. I asked him how long he was going to be - he told me hours so I popped out for a few hours which he was okay with and said he'd would still be here when I returned. On my return he had left but my son's girlfriend said he was furious whilst grooming my dogs. He swore his way through it cursing the dogs! He was complaining how long it was taking. He muzzled my small dog - she's a puppy! And then he had the audacity to charge more! Basically if he couldn't do it he should have said so - I wouldn't have minded. But the fact he did such a terrible job at grooming left me so angry. I would not recommend this groomer at all. They are still recovering from a very bad hair day!!!

Worst dog groomer! Had Stuart come to groom my poodle, and didn't secure her properly. She jumped off the table onto a pair of open scissors, cutting her arm. She had to be rushed to the vet for surgery to fix the injury. Stuart not only still charged for the groom, but now has been making excuses as to why he can't pay the $450 vet bill! No idea how he is still running a business.
