The market is absolutely plentiful with fruit and vegetables, has lots of delicious products from the delicatessens, wait around till 11am when they put everything on sale for cheaper prices.

For those who have not been, its great! But keep in mind it is small. A little circuit of a fruit and veg grocer, about 3 delicatessens, half a dozen butcher shops, a fish mongers, spices and nuts, a florist and a couple of coffee spots. A smaller version of the footsgrey market type set up, but without the hot food. Prices are cheap and meat is competitive. Its location is great - central in St Albans, neighbouring Woolworths and a strip mall. It is definitely a convenient market for a quick shop is an old timely way.

Great little market. Meat is always fresh. Good variety of smallgoods, fresh produce, seafood and chicken.Plenty of car parking. The Butcher brings the meat out to the car.Good old fashioned service.

Best place to visit if you are interested in getting to know about various ingredients, with a hearty welcome by the local community in the market. Helena Coffee is one of the best place to visit for a coffee lover. Turkish coffee and turkish delights are one of the standouts.

A few stalls closed, however managed to get good quality fruit and veg. Love the ease of moving around the various shops. Chicken, duck eggs, fish, meat, deli meats, fruit and vegetables all b available. Clean and light. I'll be back.
