Suzan takes great care to tailor her classes to accommodate individual levels, yet she provides sufficient personal challenge to keep improving and grow stronger.I have also really appreciated the flexibility of her classes delivered online.

Suzan Fulop Pilates
The great thing about Suzan is her ability to effortlessly adapt to an individuals ability, even in a mixed class. I am recovering from cancer, chemo and radiation therapy. I was reluctant to join my wife at Pilates as I thought I would be embarrassed with my efforts. I was wrong. I tried it and Suzan has carefully ensured progress: the benefits are wonderful.Can’t recommend highly enough, whatever your ability.
