After building our original home back in 1972 & living in it for 40 years it was a momentous decision we made to demolish & rebuild.It was a crucial decision in this process to employ a builder who's reputation made it obvious that the build would be as painless as possible. With this in mind we contracted with Nick Del Borrello of Sol Construction whose reputation is second to none.Nick built us a three level, lovely home which we enjoy on a daily basis. His attention to detail & his standards are such that the end result can only be described as faultless & the whole building process (which others tell us can sometimes be a nightmare) was virtually uneventful.We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Sol Construction to anybody wanting to build a new home of which they will be proud.Stuart & Kaye

We recently used Sol Construction on our major home renovation. We added significantly to our existing property and the brief was to have the new build fit seamlessly into the existing house. Nick expertly managed the build. It's been a pleasure to have Nick and Sol Construction renovate our home. We added a second storey (Parents retreat, master bedroom, ensuite and WIR) during the building and renovation boom in the first half of 2021.Nick's professionalism, attention to detail and project management abilities enabled us to meet deadlines and requirements for the Homebuilder Grant in what has been and continues to be a very difficult time in the building industry.Nick was very receptive to and accommodating of multiple variations during the build. We have used SOL Construction on several occasions now for both renovations and new builds, domestic and commercial and Nick from SOL Construction has always done an incredible job. He is a very thorough and considerate builder who really listened to what we wanted. He provided excellent suggestions when asked and was quick to tell us how we could achieve the ideas we had.His finish and attention to detail is excellent. One of the builds we had he completed early and under budget. His tradespeople were all very polite and hard working (considering that we lived in our renovation and had small children there).
