This store is so neatly set out and full of some of the most prettiest stuff! Huge range in gifts and homewares all set out in colour schemes and themes; making it so easy to find what you want! The staff are all always polite and friendly and have great knowledge about their store and stock. The only down side is the prices; they are quite expensive.

Love to browse here, I always find the perfect gift whether its it's at the Traralgon store or the Moe store. Staff are super helpful and knowledgeable about certain items that maybe new to the customer. Great giftware store and not bad on price either, good quality products as well.

They have a lot of great stuff and a lot of useless stuff, most of it overpriced. It's a gift shop, not an everyday shop, I wanted a wind proof umbrella and I wanted it golf umbrella sized, you know 1.2 m opened aka huge, I called, I was assured that they had them in stock, nah a waste of my time. Once bitten, I won't go back.

Love Changing Seasons. The shop is an Aladdin's cave of wonderful and exquisite items for the home or for yourself. The staff are friendly, knowledgable and helpful. There are always new treasures to admire and lust over...I mainly go for the gorgeous Charlie Bears and Mor perfumes. There are always specials on the table outside on the footpath for those special purchases. Laybuy for your purchases is always available. Just love it!

Love love love this shop. Always smells amazing with all the soaps, oils and melts. There is something for every event be it a baby or 50th and everything in between. There is homewares, ornaments, paintings and much much more. The staff are amazing always friendly and helpful and always with a smile. They even gift wrap at no extra charge.

Changing Seasons has the most exquisite range of the most wonderful and modern gift lines. The service I received was faultless. The staff go out of their way to help you and are super knowledgeable. Lastly, the gift wrapping is first class.

Changing Seasons, is a wonderful shop it has a great range of gifts for all ages. The staff are friendly and very helpful. There is also parking in the main street. Also parking behind Purvis Plaza.

Purchasing birthday presents today. As always, the service amazing. Michelle and the girls are very patient, obliging and nothing is too much trouble. And ir was wobderful to have everything gift wrapped beautifully. I do enjoy going into this beautiful gift shop, there is always something new to admire.
