Wow what a ride. An issue with postage and then phone lines trying to get it sorted. But sort it they did.I cannot rate the customer service enough I believe one young ladies name was Thea and then I spoke to another one. YOU GAL’S are amazing.Violin has arrive in time for Christmas, it is a beautiful instrument, wrapped with care and a little love.I really cannot believe the amount of customer service and care.Amazing, amazing, amazing. First of all, the services.After encountering some problems from online ordering with simply for strings last week, I had a doubt and got a second opinion on online purchasing with them.Then they proved me wrong.Their understanding and patience are speechless.They reached out to me very quick and tried their best to find the solution for me after hearing the problem I experienced with the instrument.They decided to send me a replacement and I didn’t even have to send the one with me back yet but till the new one arrives.That shows how much they extremely and truly care about their customers.For anyone in the future who might experience something unfortunate. If you contact them, I am now unquestionably sure they would try to find the best solution for you as well.Extra credit for Michael Scott-Branagan the one who contacted me immediately as soon as he acknowledged the issue and found the solution for me.Secondly, the instrument. (Virtuoso violin)Now it’s look exactly like they promote it on the picture and video. No scratches, any wound or whatsoever at all.The sound quality is still lovely, nice and warm.The bridge and fingerboard are fit perfectly.Overall, even though there was a slightly bump at the beginning but it turned out to be a wonderful experience with Simply for Strings.Highly recommend for anyone.Thank you for your superb service and patience.Hopefully someday I could have a chance to visit there in person!Wish you all have a nice dayCheers!

Simply for Strings came highly recommended and I understand why. From my first experience over the phone to our in store visit, the staff were excellent. They took the time to explain the different viola's and sizing to my husband and I, and were patient and helpful with our daughter whilst she tested the instruments.The store is located in a beautiful old church with leadlight windows which only enhances the experience.Highly recommend Simply for Strings.

We drove up from just South of Coffs Harbour to by a Cello, very first instrument I've bought, had the best service possible very nice people and very happy with the instrument couldn't have asked for better.

Amazingly helpful staff... would highly recommend. We had to buy a viola for my son, they helped to ensure we got the right size and fit before demonstrating the different instruments available and helped us with our purchase. Thanks so much

Many thanks for organising a pain free exchange across state borders when my instrument did not fit the case I ordered. Isabel was quick to suggest alternative cases with similar features that I was interested in, and provided photos to help with my decision. Very happy with my new case.
