A wonderful caring pharmacy with a responsive and dedicated team of professionals who genuinely care for their regulars. If attention to detail re- medications and excellent care with familiar staff is what you're needing in a smaller pharmacy, then this is your best bet.

I haven’t been to this pharmacy in years but felt compelled to leave a review after this just came up in conversation.I stopped coming here because I was made to feel extremely uncomfortable by two pharmacists on separate occasions - one who I believe is the owner (older guy with glasses) and an Asian lady.The Asian lady was very nosy, asking me invasive questions about why I was on these certain medications. She also asked them in a very abrupt manner. I told her I wasn’t comfortable with the way she was talking to me, she lectured me saying she wasn’t interested in my personal life and to come out with it and tell her. I didn’t understand why I had to explain anything to her, especially since I had already had the doctor’s appointment and the doctor wrote the script. I felt like crying after I left. No idea if she still works here though.Another time, I was trying to pick up an over the counter medication for a family member who was too ill to come in themselves. The older guy asked me a bunch of questions about who the medication was for, why they couldnt get it themselves and and why they thought they needed it. All that, he refused to give it to me because I wasn’t (quote) “the bonafide end user”. I went to another pharmacy who were very understanding of the situation and gave it to me.So all in all, I was made to feel guilty and ashamed. The other thing is that Eureka Medical is a small pharmacy so anything you discuss with the pharmacists can easily be heard by people nearby.The two I just mentioned should not be health professionals at all as they have none of the bedside manner, respect for privacy or impartiality required. As pharmacists, you already know the indications for medications. The exact reasons are none of your business and between me and my GP.The only redeeming thing is that there was one younger guy at the time in there who was quite nice and friendly. But he wasn’t in often enough.

Mo and his staff always take their time to help me. Mo genuinely puts the needs of his patients first. Thanks Mo for your professionalism and friendly service!

Called ahead to see if I could get docs signed. Told all good come down got there and was told 30 min wait. Room full of sick people so left. Considering I was told it would be done straight away. Went across to police station done in 5 mins.

New owners Moe and his staff are highly professional and go above and beyond to meet customer needs. Being a diabetic needing required medication Moe has made sure that the medication has been sourced for me to be able to maintain healthy diabetic levels.This pharmacy is located in an extremely busy location with a high demand of customers often not having the patience to wait!!!
