Will not respond, having major issues with our business plan since going onto NBN and simply WILL not respond to emails and calls. When they used to they tell us to call Telstra on 132999. When we call Telstra they tell us that we should be calling the business centre. Issues now ongoing since February.

Moving from ISDN to DOT took 3 months to get started another 6 weeks for the system to be work correctly. Over 30 hours of my time to project manage and finally they also charged me more then the old plan with no contract. Avoid at all costs.

Useless from the install to the disconnection.I would expect a ‘business Centre’ to actually help with the service they provided to the business, but all these lot do are act as a phone directory. If you’re having problems with your phone or internet, they just give you a number to call rather than try to fix the problem, resulting in you sitting on hold to an offshore trouble shooter while you’re trying to run your business with interrupted service.There is no communication between any of their departments.And it costs a bomb with no thoughts of saving their loyal customers money.I won’t be using them again in my business or personally.

I dealt with Andrew Walters and I was not an easy client as I was going through chemo treatment which was not working and trying to sort out new mobile phones for our business. Andrew showed consideration and thoughtfulness when calling due to my condition. Andrew followed up on my couple of requests and detailed in an email so I could read when I felt better. Andrew followed up on the email every couple of days to ensure that I understood the contract and what we were receiving. His level of customer support was fantastic and if I could award 11 stars out of 10, I would.

Appalling service from this centre:- the lady we dealt with was rude and condescending, didn’t appear to know what she was talking about, and even told us to go to Optus instead.- was told we were locked in a plan we didn’t sign a contract for and it would cost $500+ to get out of. When we argued the matter and were found to be right there was no apology, only excuses.- the acting manager actually told a customer “well actually I don’t have to do anything if I don’t want to” when they came in saying they had been sent there for help - even if this is a true statement it is no way to speak to a customer, especially one who is clearly stressed about their business plan!- was promised a follow up call and 48hrs later haven’t heard back - numerous attempts to call the centre are going unanswered.Very disappointed in the service provided here, everything was made more difficult and the staff treated their customers like nuisances and with no respect.
