One of the worst clinics I’ve ever dealt with. Dr always late, even for telephone appointments. Booked through the app and one time didn’t even bother calling me. Reception staff never reply to emails. For a business that’s supposed to help people, they’re incredibly unhelpful. Avoid like the plague, even if you have the plague.

Dr Bobby is a terrible doctor Never had a problem with them until I questiond One thing didn’t get heated at all but next time my doctor wasn’t in and I needed fill in doctor. I had requested not to see me. I’m now stuck without cardiac medication due to this piece of work

Called to make an appointment and was met over the phone by a lovely receptionist (Julie). She was very helpful and accommodating got everything sorted for me in a timely manner. Much better than the previous appointments I have made in the past with other reception staff.

Terrible service would no recommend this practice to anyone. I had an appointment that was canceled no one bothered to inform me then waiting on hold for over 30min to be told I can’t get another appointment for 3 days. Past appointments I have had to wait over an hour to see a doctor only to not be able to understand then talking.I found the front staff to be rude. Avoid this place if possible.

on the phone call to Julie the receptionist after post operation problems trying to make an appointment ASAP .. I felt nothing but relieved, heard, cared for and trusted in the hands of this beautiful lady. There is certain people in there careers that make a place and this woman is definitely exactly where she should be! Truly, Thanks so much for your kind words of warmth that got me through x)

Staff at reception were friendly enough. However, was not advised that bulk billing was no longer available until my appointment. I understand many doctor's offices are no longer offering bulk billing, but notify patients when they book the appointment. Don't wait until 2 minutes before the appointment to tell them. It leaves them with no choice but to either see the doctor and be billed, or cancel and be billed. This is not acceptable. Doctor's bedside manner could use some work. Felt ignored about my concerns and now need to go elsewhere.
