Star Car Wash - Castle Towers

The guys at Star Car Wash Castle Towers always provide amazing service! Not only are they great to deal with but the end product is always absolutely amazing! Will definitely recommend them to anyone as I use them weekly and I am always leaving with a smile after the fantastic work they do! Thanks guys!

I have been twice so far & they have left my car sparkling both times. Missed a couple of spots but all in all a great cleaner of both interior & exterior. However, I have been a little disappointed that they have tried to push the price up both times. Not only was it not their advertised price, but then it wasn’t even consistent from one clean to the next (trying to charge more than double the price, over $200 this time, when my car wasn't as dirty as when I went a couple of months ago).

Garry and his team did an amazing job on my SSV Commodore. Very detailed, didn’t miss a spot. Very happy. And a very nice team of guys. Thanks legends, I’ll be back!

Would give 0 if I could. Disgusting job. The manager was extremely rude. Came back to a dirty car after 3 hours. Started shouting at us and was only nice after another customer got involved to tell him he would be asking for a refund as well if they were us and that the car was disgusting and nothing was washed, not the tyres not the bottom nothing was washed. He then called head office who owns everything and he only offered a 50% refund. I can’t tell you how much I’d recommend you go anywhere else.

Wanted a star wash for 50 bucks. The guy saw 4 bugs in the front of the car and said he couldn't take the bug off and it will be another 100 bucks to take the bug off. Hah.

I have been getting my car cleaned here for years and felt they did a satisfactory job. Recently they have increased their prices. I took my car and the person who served me insisted my car was especially dirty and it would be an extra $20, taking it to $92! No where on the price list is this charge mentioned. I do not take my car off road or in especially muddy places. Surely people take their cars to be cleaned for a reason?! He was so rude and basically refused to clean my car unless I paid the additional fee. I took my car to another Star Wash and they were more than happy to complete the job without even mentioning an additional charge. Save yourself money and a poor customer experience and go elsewhere.

Not the cleanest interior detailing I expect. There was dust on the gear box when I swipe my fingers across it.

Just terrible serviceWanted $15 extra because my wheels were “dusty” when I said I wouldn’t pay extra - he said well we won’t wash your car…. & that was it I left never to return…. Be careful they ALWAYS want more than their advertised prices.Go see the guy in the Home Hub Vic ave…. Nice guy & did the best job !!!!!

Paid $100. And still a lots dirty prints on the car and photos them, no response. Never came back.!

Really unhappy with the service.First time the car being washed (brand new car, only 2 months since purchase) and their washing left minor scratches all over. Seems like they used abrasive cloth where they shouldn't.Took it back to show them and all I got was standard answers. No accountability, no decor. Not even ready to listen. They parroted standard answers on how they are not responsible.I don't think they work on the basis of repeat business because they couldn't care less.Sorry but never going back again. This experience has put me off the whole star car wash brand itself.
