I asked for a hot chocolate for my little boy - when I ordered it I asked if it could be made warm. He tried it, it was too hot. All good I went back to the counter to ask for them to just pop some cold milk or water in there to cool it down. The teenager serving us took the drink out the back and I could clearly hear her giggling with the adult who was fixing the drink, about it being warm and mocking me. At least if you’re going to be rude about some one, be smart enough that they can hear you?! She then proceeds to come back out smiling and handed me the drink. It’s for my child. It was a bit hot yeah I could have waited for it to cool down, but these people are ignorant. Why be rude about it? Is it too hard for them to put milk in a drink? Perhaps they have chosen the wrong career in customer service, if it’s too tricky for them.

Order was made in 10 minutes.Had a triple cheeseburger meal in a large size with a vanilla shake instead of a coke.Triple cheeseburger: tasted a little cold.Chips: not hot but edible.Shake: a perfectly fine shake and the machine was working, so they get points for this one.Brand new store with a nice new playground, not for very small children and toddlers.The toilet had urine in it and toilet paper was on the floor but I don’t believe the mess was very old.Not a terrible experience but not among the best experiences and I must admit I was expecting a little better given how new the store is.Hopefully next time I come I can update the review and write something a bit nicer. I’ll give it another chance and hopefully this is a one off experience.Edit: went here again with a triple cheeseburger meal. Shake machine worked and everything was made hot and fast.Edit: went here again and I have to dock stars. The triple cheeseburger meal was great but the toilets were disgusting and obviously not cleaned as often as they should of been. Both toilets were gross and one was clogged, had to deduct stars.

If it was possible to give a ZERO RATING, I would. I have been to McDonald’s in every state of Australia and this has been the worst experience ever, from the food to the staff attitude and the manager. The manager should be the one to pull everything together, but was the total opposite. Told me I was rude when all I asked for was my order to be correct. Asked for extra hot coffee with sweetener and got milky, cold coffee with no sweetener. My burger had the back end of the tomato, which was terrible. I could not eat it. I told I was tired, as we had been travelling for hours and the manager told me they were also tired. I never experienced such a bad and unfriendly attitude at any of the McDonald’s I have visited. I will NEVER, EVER return to this store!!!!

Ordered an Angus Burger meal, seemed to take a long time aprox 15mins, burger was barely warm chips were soggy, there is no cutomer service anymore as ordering is done on screens, resteraunt area was not the cleanest. McDonalds in my opinion has slid down hill as there meals also dont represent good value anymore.

Went here not expecting much because it's McDonald's and it was still McDisappointing. The nuggets tasted like playdoh and the cheeseburgers were missing quite a few ingredients. Felt like giving it to a homeless individual, but one man's trash is definitely not another's treasure in this case. You'd be better off starving than coming here.

I am not normally one to write a bad review, I know it is a new store but wow. Ordered 2 X cheeseburger meals, only got 1 cheeseburger then got asked to see the receipt which had been left at the counter. Finally got cheeseburger, missing half the ingredients. Also ordered a 3 pack of nuggets and got 2 and a bit that were cold and inedible. Really slow service. Come on guys you can do better!

Definitely not fast service, waited at drive thru for over 10 minutes for a drink, YEP 1 drink which comes from a machine with a single touch.Just to note - approximately 1500 Thursday 1/6/23.Driveway was quiet,Lift ya game

It's just not worth going to McDonalds now! The food is horrible, (and so very much smaller than it ever used to be!), there is no service at all and I personally waited for an extremely long time for a simple order, which ended up being wrong anyway! I'm going to avoid it now.

Great location along the highway, easy access to pull over into from the main road. Good for dine in and take away (has drive thru) meals and/or grab coffee. Ample parking spaces. Next to a petrol station and two other fast food restaurants. Very good toilet facilities. Has a playground to keep little kids entertained. An introverts delight as when I came in, not much people and staff kept mostly in the kitchen. Ample ordering kiosks provided. Can be a quiet place to relax when not full of people.

Waited 32 minutes for order. Which then had to be sent back due to both wrong food items and missing food. After 40 minutes food order was still wrong but couldn’t wait any longer for staff to get it right. My advice if you need to wait 45 minutes for a simple food order at McDonald’s try some of the wonderful cafes and restaurants the Barossa has to offer instead, as this chain definitely isn’t a FAST food option.
