I have visited several times, more specifically, over the last few days. The store was well stocked and the staff all very friendly, helpful and had excellent knowledge. Can certainly recommend!

Yes, shocking amateur customer service at Queenstown. I walked in and was approached by staff member (good) who took me over to what I was looking for and while I was asking questions he raced off to answer the phone, then started doing other things while Iwas left hanging. When I mentioned it, I got a smart remark. Total amateurs with zero training it seems! Queenstown store not much stock either. Electrical goods way overpriced compared to Ebay, Amazon. Definitely wouldn't recommend.

I went to buy car screen for my kids today at Jaycar Hendon. One of their employee wanted to help me fit the screen due to the short wire came with the screen, telling me how to do it and meanwhile manager came straight away told his employee not to help me out. I would give them zero star for their customer service if possible. Manager’s behaviour towards his employee was rude as well. Zero star from my side.

Don't go to this store if you expect any level of customer service. The store manager Ashish is rude and clearly unqualified as he does not understand Australian Retail Consumer Law. He simply circled the 7 day change of mind" clause at the bottom of their receipt and shoved the product that I was sold that is not fit for purpose and recommended by his staff. Maybe I should try selling my modem on Facebook Ashish? I will be contacting OCBA and the ACCC if this matter is not resolved to my satisfaction as you guys are not running a large "Garage Sale" and are currently in breach of Australian consumer law. Thanks."

Bad customer service, I was waiting to pay for my stuff for almost 20 min, there were 2 people serving and there were 3 customers in the store for the whole time. Not a good management for sure.

Couldn't review without the one star, this outlet should not deserve any. Overprice on product and service. Asked to test their transformer in store to ensure it works but this staff Mark refused, citing store policy not allowed to do so in case we burn down the place??!! What a joke! They have no confidence in their products? Should be more tactful in handling enquiries. Won't be back for sure.
