I was getting a comic book sleeve panel. Artist made a mistake by drawing a line accidentally. When I told him I wasn't happy, he said he had seen comic books with a line like that. He then tried to fix it up by adding more lines, but made it look worse and some of the lines weren't straight as he did it by free hand. I didn't have the guts to complain as I am not a confrontational person and hate arguing or complaining. I had to cancel my appointment the next day (today). I am going to another tattoo place to finish my half sleeve. The worst thing a tattoo artist can do is make a mistake and then try and justify it. I know I should've complained on the day. I didn't want to pay. I just didn't want to make a fuss in public. When I woke up today I was really angry because I realised this would be on my body for the rest of my life. I paid full price, plus they charged me a deposit for today's session which I had to cancel. I'm aware that if I had complained I might have gotten some compensation. But I get anxious complaining, and it wouldn't help because this would still be on my body for the rest of my life. I had my first tattoo ever at celebrity ink, and was happy with my first tattoo. But this ruined it for me and won't be coming again.

Bishal was fantastic - he made sketches of different sizes and made sure I was 100% fine with the design, size and placement. He was very careful so it was actually not as painful as I thought it would be.After care advice was pretty thorough too.All in all, a good experience with a professional team

Recently went to melbourne too see friends and decided id get a matching tattoo, got tiny little miffy on my hand same as my friend, and its the worst tattoo ive had so far, im an apprentice and i would of done it myself but im not left handed so decided to pay for it to get it done, not only was it overpriced for such a fine line tattoo but it was done terribly, the lines are wonky and patchy, $120 for this tattoo would not recommend save your money and go somewhere else.

Salvatore completely ruined my sleeve, which was meant to be a dedication to my grandma who passed away a couple of years ago.He scarred various sections of my arm (raised scar tissue) and the tattoo does not blend in with the existing one I have on my shoulder – no thought/planning was put into the design, which was meant to be a 6-hour session.When I approached the studio after the matter, the owner advised he would help me where he could and agreed that the tattoo was not good.When trying to get Sal to assist with my laser removal fee he was arrogant, rude and unwilling to contribute (not even half of the fee). Initially, he did offer to “fix” the tattoo, but the ink is far too dark/dense that attempting to fix it would only make it worse. He said I should have shared my thoughts when he started the tattoo, but with all due respect, as an artist myself, you don’t know how an artwork is going to look until it’s finished. I put faith in the artist because I’d seen his previous work and knew what he was capable of. He was clearly having an “off day” and I’m now left with the repercussions.Celebrity Ink did refund the full amount I paid for the tattoo which I am grateful for, but I think it’s unprofessional they did not assist with my laser removal fee. I understand the artist was a sub-contractor, but he was still working under their name at the time. As a company, they are responsible for rectifying their employees’ wrongs, especially when they have permanently damaged a client’s skin.I am now left to cover a bill of $3,190 for laser removal fees (not to mention the pain and time involved). I do not recommend Sal or Celebrity Ink and going here has been one of my biggest regrets, which I will be reminded of during the next 1-2 years…I hope no one else has to go through this kind of experience.

My daughter turned 18 and was so excited for her first tattoo, me not so much. Not only was the service friendly and easy, the tattoo by Caio is amazing. Of course she’s thrilled with it but I’m also sold, thanks for making the experience such a positive one, will be recommending you to everyone.

10/10 recommend. So easy to book. So thorough in the process. All the artist are super lovey and do an amazing job!!

FOR THE BRISBANE STORE IN GARDEN CITY AS THEY WONT REPLY ME.THEY SAID EMAIL TO RESOLVE ISSUE STILL NOTHING HAS HAPPENED IM SPEECHLESS AT THIS POINT The worst possible experience ever.I’ve got a tattoo on my arm which is bumpy and looks ugly because the tattoo artist overworked on it during retouch.I kept updating them that it’s still bumpy they Kept saying your tattoo is healing snd told me to put bio oil on it.I ended up seeing a doctor who told me it’s definitely a rough tattoo artist work and showed to to some experienced tattoo artist who definitely agree with the doctor and told me it’s been overworked.I tried to give them feedback/ask for help but no response on call and came back to me for response after weeks saying there’s nothing they can do and I should have told them before which I actually didAlso you can see the picture of my tattoo which is attached apparently the manager of the place said “this tattoo is perfectly done” so feel free everyone to have a perfect tattoo like thisNEVER GONNA GO TO ANY CELEBRITY INK EVER***NEW UPDTAETHEY SAID THEY WILL RESPOND ME ON EMAIL AMD I STILL HAVENT HEARD ANYTHING FROM THEMTHIS PLACE WILL NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY IF THEY OVERWORK YOUR TATTOO I SHOULD HAVE NEVER GONE FOR THE RETOUCH AFTER IT WAS FADE THE ARTIST OVERWORKED IT MY TATTOO ACHES IN HEAT AND SWELLS EVEN MORE.So please guys find a better place to get a tattoo who take responsibility if they screw something up Atleast!

From messaging them on Facebook with my fingers and toes crossed hoping to get in to getting my tattoo 2 days ago, the whole team has been amazing. So approachable, knowledgable and a relaxing experience. Iggy did an amazing job with my idea and I couldn't be happier with the end result.
