I can't recommend Dr Kirsty highly enough. She was so caring during our most heartbreaking time. Giving us all the time we needed to say goodbye to our beautiful Darbi. Thank you Dr Kirsty for being there for us.

Janice was so empathetic and understanding over the phone and Dr Kirsty was so kind and patient to my beautiful Labrador, Maximus. She didn’t rush the process and gave me as much time as I needed and was very respectful. Hardest decision and time of my life. I highly recommend using this company. Dr Kirsty is an amazing woman.

Our whole world shattered when our English cocker spaniel 'Sergeant' was diagnosed with aggressive cancers throughout his body. As such an integral and part of our family we were distraught beyond words.Nothing is more dreadful when the day comes that we can no longer bear to see our boy suffer as he had been; and no greater comfort was there for us then the knowledge that we could say goodbye to him within the privacy of our home. - The home Sergeant had spent his life in, and surrounded by those he loved.Dr Kirsty arrived and to our surprise, was able to offer him some respite from his suffering and advised us that it was not yet time. So miraculous was his restoration that we were given the gift of another week with 'our boy.'While his respite was short and only temporary, it gave us precious extra time to say our goodbyes. It was only on a subsequent visit by Dr Kirsty to our home that we said our final farewell. It was a very personal, and to us, precious time, and we will always remember the compassion and understanding Dr Kirsty showed us and our Sergeant. She explained the process before it was performed and the whole family surrounded and physically held Sergeant as he drew his last breath. It was one of the most beautiful send-off's we could have hoped for and we are grateful beyond words for Dr Kirsty, and her team, for making, what for us, was an extremely difficult experience such a profoundly touching and spiritual event for us all.Dr Kirsty and her team took care of all the details including the issuance of a death certificate and all relevant paperwork for our final insurance claims. She facilitated Sergeants cremation and return to us in a beautiful wooden box and plaque. We will never forget the experience or the how grateful we are to Paws Forever for the services provided and the sensitivity and compassion with which they were rendered.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had the very sad task of having to euthanise our beloved cat Danny yesterday. Dr Kirsty helped us through this very emotional experience in the kindest and most professional manner imaginable. Her empathy and understanding of what we as a family were feeling were much appreciated. I feel the experience was far less traumatic thanks to Dr Kirsty. The final moments for Danny were done with a gentle touch and loving care. I would highly recommend Paws Forever when anyone is in need of this sort of service.

Thank you Dr Kirsty for your beautiful caring support in helping our beloved cat who was unwell with cancer and needed to be euthanised. Your calm and sensitive approach, while still carefully explaining every step of the process and checking in with us to make sure we were comfortable and happy with the plan was so appreciated on such a hard day. Taking the time to collect some fur and paw prints, and how genuinely you showed care for him and us in his last hour was amazing. When facing a heartbreaking situation you couldn’t ask for a better person to come to your home and help your pet leave peacefully and with dignity. Nothing was rushed and everything was so professional and organised. The office staff were wonderful in arranging everything and so empathic and lovely, it eased our stress significantly. They also helped arranging cremation and return of our cat’s ashes which was all smooth and timely. Referring to his ashes returning as “when he comes home to you” showed just how respectful and caring Paws Forever are. Truly can’t thank you enough.

Great vet. Went to paws because my usual was completely booked. I love the old vet but they are several suburbs away. Very happy with the treatment, care and price received during my dog's treatment. Will stick with Paws.

This place was amazing. The vet helped us put down our 15 year old pup and they where so gentle and allowed us to take our time, the whole family agreed it was a much better end to his life than taking him to vet and we highly recommend the service! thanks Paws Forever for everything.
