Aerial Evolution

It has taken me a long time to build the courage and try out acrobatics and tumbling as an adult, but I started training at Aerial Evolution at the end of last year and have continued ever since.Despite being nervous on my first day, Nicole made me feel welcome and part of the team. I always enjoy our warm up sessions, games and chats before class.Nicole has supported me throughout my learning journey and has pushed me to achieve my goals while also making me feel comfortable and safe each lesson. I am very grateful for this experience and hope to continue to strengthen my skills in the near future.

This aerial group is so much fun - and the physical benefits of aerial are incredible, I’ve become more flexible and my mobility has improved so much. It also has so many mental health benefits, and I would really recommend anyone who is considering starting a new hobby to give aerial a go! Nicole is an incredible teacher, she is so patient and explains things so well. The progress I’ve made over the last year has been amazing! Thank you Nicole ❤️

Love my weekly hour here, both instructors are beautifully patient, kind, and above all so talented. Already, after only 6 lessons, I have come such a long way and I can't wait to see what this progress looks like after many more! Instructors follow your pace and read each student perfectly, knowing when they are ready to move on with something, and when they could use a bit more time to really get to grips with a move. Highly recommend trying Aerial Evolution out :)

Absolutely LOVE Aerial Evolution! Nicole has been so encouraging and supportive. I started Lyra classes recently, with no previous experience and already feel improvement over a short period of time. Nicole is very knowledgeable and so clear with instuctions. Such a friendly group of ladies in my session! Really gorgeous space and welcoming environment!

I have been absolutely thrilled with my experience at aerial evolution! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by Nikki, who has been nothing but incredibly supportive and encouraging (she is seriously my cheer leader). Every class is an adventure, and I love the rush of adrenaline that comes with learning new moves and exploring the world of aerial dance. The studio offers a wide range of class styles, times and levels, which has been a huge plus for me in finding the perfect fit for my busy schedule and skill level. The warm and welcoming aerial family Nikki has created has left me with a passion for aerial, life long friends, and a new level of fitness, it is truly the highlight of my week. Overall, I can't recommend aerial evaluation enough - if you're looking for a fun and exciting way to challenge yourself and learn something new, this is the place for you.

Nicole is amazing! She’s created an incredibly welcoming studio that encourages you to try new things and get out of your comfort zone all while having fun and exercising. Highly recommend giving Aerial Evolution a try!

Joining classes mid way through a term I was worried I wouldn't catch on too fast. I was worried I would embarrass myself too. Nicole is an amazing instructor with so much understanding and knowledge for aerial that I was able to be coached through and pick up the classes routine faster then I thought I would. The environment is very welcoming and is so much fun to test the limits on yourself. I highly reccomend giving Aerial a go!Bekki L.
