Wonderful friendly, efficient and knowledgeable staff and owner. Made us feel very welcome and had a simple yet delicious menu of carefully selected dishes. Vibrant flavors and lots of yumminess! Thank you, will be back

Let’s break it down to pros and cons:Pros:- saw refillable tea that taste pretty authentic- service was good, everyone is very friendlyCons:- The food does not resemble the name it is given in the slightest. Broccoli, Zucchini and capsicum is not too true to the Asian dishes served.- The dumplings are overpriced for the quality and quantity that is given. 4 prawn dumplings for 22.80 in soup is overpriced.Overall, if you are looking for an authentic Asian dining experience, I highly recommend you go somewhere else. But if blasphemous Asian cooking is your thing, you will have a blast at Owens.Cheers

Nicely surprised by this noodle and Dumpling bar. As a pho connoisseur found the offering of broccoli and zucchini in my pho a bit random.but loved it all the same and it was a great addition as I wasn't hungry again an hour later like usual. Also had edamame covered in sesame seeds, a great dish to munch through first. I was welcomed as a solo diner and was impressed by the gluten free offerings which means I could share this with gf family members on a return trip.Prices are higher than average for a pho of the size received and ok for a one off.

Fantastic service and a great location. Right next to the Rosebud pier, so easy to combine the waterfront, beach, pier stroll or even the kids playground nearby. The owner and staff are really friendly and happy to have a yarn with you. We really enjoyed our time here and the food was delightful. Flavourful and exciting presentation, really made us smile. Good prices for the location and a place we definitely keep coming back to! Their twists on Asian classics sets a benchmark!

Excellent meal with heaps of vegan options. We had jackfruit bao 7/10, vegan dumplings 7/10, vegan dumpling Tom yum soup 8/10, vegan satay tofu noodle salad 8/10, satay tofu vegan noodle 8/10. Also had a local gin which was lovely. Nice atmosphere and good service.

Great food and super friendly customer service. Must try house-made chili oil & golden oil. Nice and cozy atmosphere.

lovely experience at Owen's both times we visited! family run business - very friendly and welcoming staff and service. food came out quite quick even busy. food was super delicious as well , piping hot and fresh - not oily at all and very light! not so authentic and more of a modern Australian take on asian food, but none the less delicious. great for a bite after a hot day on the beach!

Laksa was good but could have been a bit fuller of seafood for the extra $. Dessert was lovely, and service (and music) was warm and friendly.
