The put the item on the wrong price at the aisle. I was shocked when i'm about to pay the item in the aisle says $3 when i'm bout to pay it says $14.I'm wasting my time in there

Each time they dont dont fulfill a Click and Collect order, they point the blame at Head Office.Again I made my purchases online at 6am and stated only available at the Roselands. I received a txt msg that all my order was ready for collection at 10am. When I got there the person at click and Collect said that only one of my order was available. She then gave me a sarcastic smile when I asked where the rest of my orders where? This really irritated me because she said there's only one person doing the click and Collect job and she's probably busy". This means I will also have to come back again and the item I really needed was not given to me. I highly recommend for their Head Office need to investigate this store.The manager was also unhelpful and started pointing the blame to head office. That's an internal problem

They don't put the large prints in tubes, so they get creased. Tried two times. Not bothered with Kmart photo printing anymore.

I thought Bankstown wasn't great, but this has to be the worst Kmart store I've been to. It's layout, stock levels, just finding items, things is a nightmare. It's pretty small too. Staff are scarce.vSkip this Kmart unless it's click and collect. It's not a nice shopping experience, you just want to leave.

Quick to find what we wanted BUT.... long wait to pay due to self checkout! Then we were stopped & asked to show the receipts. ALL YOUR STORES TERRIBLE LAYOUT K-MART!!!

Kmart rose lands is not a bad retail store. However, their customer service is bad. A friend of mine brought some toys that had a security tag on it. The item was scanned and brought home but the cashier did not open the security tag. Also my friend did not even know that the thing on the box was a security tag. So when he cut the strings of the security tag it was so freaking loud. I even heard the sound and I live 1 km from him. Also they do not have good products
