Woeful customer service, and that is stretching it. Had issues with Shure device and contacted Shure directly; was subsequently told to contact Jands' service department for assistance. To be fair I think my issue is fairly mundane, but when you spend close to $700 on audio devices you would expect a little assistance when you encounter an issue that prevents the device from working. Sadly, this was too difficult for the service department, and Simon Ashton, a supposed 'Customer Service Specialist'. Absolutely useless response and a clear lack of conscientiousness. I have since contacted a Shure service department overseas, who have provided me with more than ample assistance.I lament the loss of Australian-made manufacturing but given the rise of poor on-shore customer service, on second thoughts my laments may be premature. Given the rise of AI and automation, one wonders if the current generation of customer service staff are aware that their days are numbered.

Very good customer service here. Stu was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to prepare my order. You just don’t say quality service like this at these days. Walked away a very satisfied customer. I will definitely be back.

Cannot comment on the experience from Dock1 (office suite) as they swiftly referred my query to the legends that are The Boys from Dock 2. Suffice it to say, those lads love music and you can really feel this when hashing over details. Shout out to Simon! Bloke handled my inquiry with the speed, wisdom and care not seen much in today's arguably impersonal environment.For those seeking assistance with their dj city gear, this is the team of wrinkly brains you want. Just be sure to match their respect and enthusiasm for the best results - then again, that may just be a general rule to life

I never got cashback voucher when i bought my DJ400 from DJ City.I wrote an email to them, then replied me and said the cashback voucher was sent to my address but it never arrived. Sent them an email after three months and never got a reply. It is going to be Christmas and I am still waiting.

As Jands are the JBL repairs guys for Australia, I recently sent a JBL studio unit in for repair, but the technician discovered that it was just my Power Supply that was faulty, not the unit. (A bit of stupidity on my part for not checking.)Jands were kind enough to send the unit back with a new power supply without charging me, which is just too awesome. Wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again.

I am sorry if this isn't the Jands that I talked to. Customer service through email was awful. I hate using the Jands StageCL that was provided to me. Would rate 0 stars if I could.
