Went to get 3 front door keys cut. The lazy guy left my original key in holder until I asked for it back. Got home; none of the keys worked. Rushed back, and this careless man said he had cut them properly! He never apologised and couldn't have cared less. I demanded and got a refund. Avoid this place.

The service can be better. I had taken my car remote to them for fixing and they just told that it's not working and they can't fix it, but after taking the car remote to a different mister Minit, they changed the battery and it worked properly.

Excellent and quick service. Provide them with the dummy car key to cut. 10 mins later it is ready to be picked up. The price is unbeatable in the CBD area, $45 Inc key cutting and swapping all the electronic parts. Highly recommended.

I don’t know why this is says that the place closes at 7 (at least for Wednesday, today) but I was just there and it absolutely isn’t open till 7. Whoever filled those opening hours should just wasted my time, great job.

Have used him many times. He added a rubber to my walking stick, and now no-one can hear me coming! Today, he sharpened my fruit knife and tested it on a piece of laminated paper. It works! However, $8 I think is a bit steep for one minute's work, $5 would've been more appropriate IMHO. Still, I now have a sharp knife again, so I'm happy.

This was the worst service I have ever received. The person who fixed two pairs of my expensive boots ruined them. For starters they used glue that was so weak that the new heel caps fell off as soon as I got them home. He also filed the soles unevenly and roughly and ruined the main (non replaceable) part of the heel. It was such careless and awful work. On top of that, they were covered in a greasy black residue that ruined my carpet when I tried them on at home. When I went back to ask for a refund he was rude and terrible. Do not get your shoes fixed here.
