Male staff member in burgundy shirt ( manager?) Was a bit of a show pony drama queen Infront of female staff and was a little mouthy. Female staff were polite.

Our order was mixed up, then fixed, no real apologies, ate on tables outside the door, local kids seem to use as a hangout, swearing, riding bikes thru, not even eating there. Atmosphere zero.

Walking in and all bins were full,did not bode well.Inside was extremely cold it would have to have been 15 - 18 deg. We talked to other patrons outside, and everyone had the same comments.While we gave our coffee orders to a young man who appeared very indifferent towards customers, we had to endure the shift manager/manager berating the young workers to get orders done quicker as the drive through was very busy. Yes I know they have time KPIs to meet but please treat people with dignity.The icing on the cake was very poor coffee, sorry nothing good to say about this one.

This place has a broken toilet. If you let staff know the toilet is broken. Even if you're not the person who used it, because you know what a broken toilet looks like. You know how to fix it. It's an easy $30 fix. All it needs is a valve replacement.You are the worst person in the world!! The most annoying customer ever!!!

The cleanest McDonalds I have ever visited! Everything was well organised. Food presentation was fantastic, no sloppy messes here. Thanks to the team for all the effort they put in to achieve this.

McDonald's Parkes located at the Cnr of Bogan & Grenfell Streets Parkes, is a very popular place for either travelling through Parkes or by regular business by the local community.This McDonald's outlet has an excellent menu & I was more than impressed by the coffee that I purchased.McDonald's Parkes has all the facilities to provide for people with disabilities, a user friendly drop off point at the main entrance, disability toilet, an area where disabled people can be comfortably catered for.I found the Customer Service to be friendly & they were more than happy to help me with the online ordering.The Drive through service was very busy with people being looked after by the friendly McDonald's staff.Well worth the time spent at McDonald's Parkes after being on our road trip from Victoria back to Brisbane.

Busiest weekend if the year and a poor crew of 5. Place was filthy. Rubbish and food all over the tables, the kitchen floor was covered in oil food and packaging. 20min wait!!!! Well done to the crew trying to keep up. Management, don't be so tight on staff.

Most disgusting McDonald’s I have ever seen. There was rubbish everywhere and the ice cream machine was absolutely filthy with ice cream and syrup everywhere. A off duty worker was there drunk, swearing and being loud. Only one worker was actually doing their job while the others were joking, swearing and mucking around with the drunk employee. Our order was $60 it was wrong, the drinks had no ice and were hot. This place is a disgrace. Will never go there again.

Came here as a last resort as we needed to get breakfast quickly. It was very busy time for them when we were there around 9am on a Sunday. The food took about 15mins then we had to wait another 5mins or more for the coffees. Didn't expect that we would have to wait that long with McDonald's.

Standard food. The service was good, clean toilets. Clean restaurant. Try their wraps for something healthy and yummy.
