Awesome and honest people. Trevor and Wendy are the nicest couple you could hope to meet. Great products and excellent prices. It's a shame that some people think that they can take a little more than they paid for and then leave the store a bad review when they get caught out.

Friendly and efficient. Recently took an anxious (rescue from a puppy farm) dog for first visit to Hills: both reception and the vet.were very good.

i went into Rubens about two weeks ago, it was my second visit as im new to the area, i purchased some chicken and pasta meatloaf to feed my beloved pooch, then the young man who served me weighed it on the scale he weighed it at a price about a dollar more than what was printed on the menu board, i purchased it anyway, at that point i didnt have the energy to complain about a dollar more a kg; when i got home i opened the bag and then the food which i paid a premium for smelt a bit off but i decided to feed it to my dog anyway, thinking maybe it was just how it smelt seeing as i wasnt used to the product, that night the dog had diarea in the house, which is not pleasant to wake up to in the morning and she prob wasnt right in her poos for at least another five days. Needless to say i wont be returning to Ruben's!

Incredible service and awesome prices. Literally spend less a month here than at a grocery store in a week for better food too

We shop for the great meat loaf. The other reviews seem surprisingly varied, I don't usually worry about others' remarks. The product is fantastic and well priced and my dog loves going there. She always gets fuss and little treats. Highly recommended. I have found all the people there nice and helpful and will carry things to the car if needed.

Rueben’s is our local pet food shop and with the purchase of our new puppy, we decided to pop in and have a look. What a wonderful experience it was. A huge range of pet foods, accessories and treats all at great prices but the best thing was the service. We left with a bag full of complimentary treats and toys for our new puppy and it’s safe to say, we won’t be going anywhere else for our puppy’s needs. Rueben’s has it all and with service like that, we are even happier to support a local family business.

Love this place! We normally make our own dog food but the loaf here is fantastic if you don't have the time. Preservative free too.
