Urban Cleaning Facilities
Untrustworthy. Attended our property with a “bond return guarantee”. Asked us for more than he quotes for upon arrival, should have been our first red flag. Left the carpets and oven uncleaned, even though we had discussed cleaning these. When we contacted back asking to complete the cleaning, we were told to pay more. The cleaner then promised us he would attend the property but did not, and has not answered our calls or emails since. Do not let this company attend your property.
