Sawtell Memorial Rock Pool
Beautiful location and free fresh salt water rock pool! About 20-25 metres long. Swimming in july water temp was refreshing 17 degrees!!! According to local coffee shop (as I was thawing out after my cold 35 minute swim) “visibility can be better” and one end had sharp opened oyster shells that you don’t want to lean or push off from. Light cut on finger and back but hey it’s cold and it’s a rock pool. Awesome experience Love it!

Sawtell Memorial Rock Pool
Good place for a safe swim. You can park at the very end of the parking lot and swim down the river up to the ocean. Another good option is to hit the rockpool also at the end of the parking lot. Lastly, there is a small walk you can do, suggest to hot the small island on your left if the tide permits, perfect spot for a pique nique. Enjoy!

Sawtell Memorial Rock Pool
Located on Sawtell headland is the sea rock pool. Awesome place for a swim and the beach is right next to it. There are public amenities located nearby.

Sawtell Memorial Rock Pool
Beautiful spot for an outdoor pool. It doesn't get much more scenic than this. Have a dip in the pool, freshwater shower afterwards and if you're lucky watch some whales go by too. Plenty of parking and some public toilets available next to the road.

Sawtell Memorial Rock Pool
Great place, beautiful beach and view. Perfect for picnics while watching the sunset. Plenty of parking. However, water's bit off in the rock pool. Still worth a visit.

Brilliant nice Big pool.filled with fresh ocean water. No Lifeguards has steps and a slope to get in. Toilets and carpark nearby.
