The worst customer service I have ever had. I had an online booking for waxing on Thursday and made a deposit of 35 dollars online . I rang them on Thursday 2 hours before my appointment time as I had to reschedule the appointment due to child care issues. My son is sick and I had to be home with him. The lady I spoke to on Thursday told me that I can’t receive my money back , so I told that’s fine I don’t want to cancel the booking just reschedule to another date so the booking amount will still be credited in my account . I called in today to check total amount for the services I have to pay as I’m planning to bring cash (my card is having issues) and it was shocked to hear that they don’t deduct the booking amount from my total service charges . They keep saying I have to inform that 24 hours beforehand to save my booking charges . My question is how do I anticipate my sons illness 24 hours beforehand?? Don’t they respect the customer feelings? If they had to cancel the appointment from their end, do they refund the whole amount without offering the service ? I won’t recommend anyone to this place and I will make sure that fight legally to get my money back

About 4 weeks ago I had a facial at Lush and unfortunately had a reaction to a product used. I have had many facials at Lush and never reacted previously. When I spoke to the girls to let them know, they were obviously concerned, followed up with me a few days after and offered me a complimentary service when my skin had calmed down. The professionalism shown by Alycia (the Manager) and all the girls is of such a high standard. Today I went in for a (different) facial and this was performed by Adrianna. This was one of the nicest facials I've had, including a hand/arm and head massage. I left feeling great and my skin feels lovely. Thanks for rectifying what was an unpleasant experience after my bad reaction.

I had my eyebrows laminated for the first time today and I am really pleased with the result. I love going to Lush. The girls are really knowledgeable and friendly. I have been seeing Alycia for my brows for a while now and I am always happy with the result.

I’ve been going to Lush for a few years now for various skin treatments. I usually see Lauren but in her absence any of the staff are excellent! Their products, treatments and services are second to none in the area and I’d recommend to anyone needing skin and beauty treatments to do yourself a favour and indulge in some self care by going there for a treatment. It’s a lovely relaxing experience!
