At͏ least it sold.The sale went off ok.The buyers wanted another 10 days for finance when we were told they already had finance.The buyers wanted $5000 less after building and pest inspection even though we were told they did not care about a building and pest report.We found out about the $5000 reduction from our solicitor not from our agent.We are glad that Vanessa was able to sell it.
