5 star chips. Fresh oil. Batter free. Generous portion size. Nice thick cut. Hot and fresh with a nice crunch and minimal oiliness. Nice fluffy centre.

An average experience but in an exquisite location directly opposite the Wynnum wading pool and whale water park. The family feast at $40 is an ample lunch for a family.

Haven't gotten around to actually tasting the food yet, because after a 20 minute wait on some fish and chips, they left out half the order still, so I'm waiting for another 10, even though they told me 5. It wasn't busy either.Extremely poor management and over priced.Edit: I had it at 2 stars, assuming the food would be good. I was wrong.

Busy spot so it's always a busy shop even then wait time is not bad and service as well as food is amazing! All fair priced and always has seating around.kids love the shop as they also sell icecream products...just across from the whale park and lovely decor it's the perfect weekend or weekday day out adventure with everything you need close by.Highly recommended!

Horrible service from one lady, when asked if she could add milk to my milkshake as it was disgustingly sweet. She moaned and said she doesn't know how to make them, put a milk on the counter for me and walked away! If she doesn't know how to make them, she shouldn't! Food not even salted, you have to do it yourself with 3 tiny sachets. Seafood bites, prawns, scallops and crabsticks all overseas cooked. Do not recommend! Will never be returning.

Wednesday 17/5 5.30pm ..Girl behind the counter had a great Customer service attitude ,fast & efficient. And the cook out the back cooked my fish & chips beautifully, they were crispy & chips are the best I've tasted in a long time. Hot, crispy & tasty. Great place & will be going again.

Little hidden gem. Friendly girl at the counter and delicious fish.Order the “seafood basket for 2” with grilled fish that had a nice sprinkle of fresh dill. The scallops were fantastic and cooked to perfection. We added a light touch of salt and done deal.10/10

Between graces takeaway and the pelicans nest next door, Graces is the cheaper option but the quality is falling from what it once was. The calamari isn't as cooked as it should be, the potato scallops are small and oily and the burgers seem to also taken a bit of a drop in standards over the years. Still, not a horrible feed but I am looking at trying other places with higher standards. As with everything on the waterfront these days, parking is a nightmare.

It’s about what you’d expect for price. You won’t be disappointed but you aren’t getting anything special. Good value compared to nearby shops. The chips were slightly underdone but otherwise okay.
