Can Blue Bubble Tea
If you never seen the worst service ever Can Blue Bubble Tea is an excellent place to practice wrong practices. I ordered strawberry milk, caramel pudding, bubbles drink. No bubbles (I was happy with that cause I am not fan of them), but magically appeared after in my drink even I did not want it them. Acceptable mistake. After payment I heard no milk (yeah sounds like good joke) I agreed for coconut milk even the test is not the best. I went out and calm down, new business maybe ok no worries. But how the hell should I drink it with the small straw !?!?!? All drink go to the bin, I am not magician and can’t drink bubbles, pudding through the straw that was smaller than their quality of service.

Can Blue Bubble Tea
I was obsessed with this bubble tea place in the past stopping by almost every week, however recently I had a standard mango iced tea with popping pearls and it appeared to have a chemical-like taste to it, quite similar to chlorine. It threw me off and haven't purchased a drink here since. I really hope this was a one off as I do enjoy the bubble tea in here. Customer service in the past has been terrible however, with one of the girls serving my drink in a cracked cup, leaking everywhere.... I don't believe she is there any more so I hope their customer service is much better now....

What a fantastic little juice bar! Took my son, we had a watermelon strawberry juice, and a lemon mint juice.I had to double check with the owner as the juice was so fresh that there was nothing else added.Fresh fruit, great options to choose, friendly staff. Lovely little Japanese touches around the shop.Cannot go wrong visiting this place.

Ordered a large taro bubbleccino. The display board clearly stated $8.2 including bubbles and mousse on top. They charged us for bubbles separately (receipt attached) and the drink came out without mousse. When we questioned that, they just said they ran out of the mousse and no single apology at all. They should have told us earlier before we had ordered. Very poor customer service.

For bubble tea in Katoomba this is the place. There was a few orders ahead of mine but it wasn’t a long wait for the order. The watermelon breeze was refreshing.

This bubble tea was just simply delicious. It's the best bubble tea place I've ever been to. I got the Caramel milk tea, It was just fantastic. I would recommend getting Ice Because It's not very cold without itBut even so it was the best bubble to ever. I would recommend this place to anyone because it has such a The best range of flavors and colours. The bubble are super chewy. My friend got the mango sago and she said it's as good as it gets. I will definitely be coming back again!

Confused about this place. I am their regular customer and they keep surprising me Sometimes negatively. Today my order didn't have one is ingredients and in general was super watery. Can't stop but think that it's because today is a busy day and they try safe on ingredients by forgetting" to put some of them. If not that

Great little juice bar with lots of options and add ins. We had the watermelon iced tea and a taro bubble tea. The smell upon walking in is of fresh fruit and very appealing.

I was a bit skeptical when I first passed by, but this place is actually super cute and delicious! They specialize in juice, but they make good boba too. They also have little cute things like earrings that you can buy, and post-it notes that you can draw on and stick on the wall.
