Great facilities for racing and more importantly great view points for spectators. Unfortunately the weather was terrible but that's not anyones fault just a fact of winter racing

Good spot for viewing regattas but there is no shelter for spectators in inclement weather. As a rowing venue, it is terribly unfair when there is a strong wind. (Why didn't the Victorian and Australian governments spend more money on Carrum Downs as a venue when they built it???)
