Worst place ever - do not go here - no one wore a mask, nor did the lady wipe the chair after the previous customer, went for eyebrow thread and lip wax - brows are raw red and thin - When I asked for just a tidy.she brushed powder on my face with the same brush she used on the previous customer - and was extremely rough the whole time. took payment upfront in the store then moved me to the kiosk - extremely poor hygiene. My experience here ruined my whole day. Do not waste your money here.

The ladies were nice but I notice while laminating and threading my brows she was on the phone. My brows are done regular so they already had beautiful shape, all I wanted was them cleaned up and she ended up threading a line thru my eyebrow leaving a weird gap. I got them laminated and the hairs are all going in different direction. I am now at home crying and trying to scrub it off.

I had my eyelashes done there once before now. I went back for a refill but wanted the extra lashes removed so I got a removal first, she applied the solution and then started ripping the lash extensions out along with my natural lashes with tweezers. I then got the solution in my eye so my eyes were burning. Took me ages to open my eyes to see that my natural lashes were nearly completely gone. I went in to get my refill and she did exactly what I’d gotten the first time but not nearly as much volume… I also had gotten the lash glue in my eye at this stage. They don’t took terrible but for $202 dollars of removal pain plus the lash extensions and I come out with lashes that don’t look nearly as full as they should be? I’m not overly impressed and my eyes are very irritated now.

Satisfied with all the services, going this place from long ago, always happy with the lovely ladies. Highly recommend

Avoid this place at all costs. If you want all your eyebrows hair threaded off without care literally leftovers left all all messed up and left on your face then come on down. Joke of a place

Worst experience ever. Went for a lash lift ($75) & they over processed my lashes (they turned out to be half the length of what my natural lashes looked like) Both ladies knew it wasn’t supposed to look like that but tried to convince me otherwise, the worst customer service - do not recommend.

I had eyebrow threading done and the girl took a chuck of hair from the top of my eyebrow

I had threading done with Amby. She left my hair spikey and patchy! It was terrible only 4 days later. When I went to the store on my first day off from work (following weekend) she blasted me for not calling her on the day I noticed my spikey hair. She was rude and told me to take my complaint to the consumer court. A lady called Raj working in the store re-did Amby’s terribly patchy, spikey work from the weekend before and was polite and kind. Had it not been for Raj I don’t know what I would have done. Amby breathed all over my face and didn’t wash her hands before doing my threading, the cream she applied all over my face at the end was disgusting, I had to go home and wash it off. Raj was a lot more professional and clearly should be managing this business instead of Amby who was uncomfortably fake and clearly not any good at threading.
