I have been extremely frustrated in attempting to utilise this company.I am an employer who has been asked to provide a reference to assist an employee to gain a new job. The survey sent to me by Makesure is so badly written that it impossible to respond. What should be the second question is so badly composed, that it is not even a sentence, let alone a question. Further to this the app does not let you contact the company.

Easy to use software and easy process. When I had an issue around one aspect of my documentation, the customer service over the phone was fantastic. The person I spoke to went to extra trouble to come up with a solution and made the process so easy and smooth. Thanks so much!

Makesure takes the hassle out of completing background checks.I had such peace of mind knowing that professionals were taking care of everything for me. It made my job application process so easy!My employer required various background checks to be completed with my job application, such as a Police History and Visa check.It was all very straightforward and convenient.Highly recommended.

I was having a few issues on a Friday evening regarding double up of payment and not being able to upload my identification to continue my application process. I wrote an email and went onto the website and spoke to Raluca on the support chat forum, and I must say she was extremely helpful as she responded promptly, assured me once I sent through the proof of double payment that I would be refunded on Monday and sent through an email with another reference number that allowed me to continue with my application, which I have now finalised. I highly recommend using Makesure for all your checks as the staff are extremely helpful and thouroughly look after their clients. What I thought was going to be a painful process once I experienced issues, turned into a smooth process and that was due to the dedication of the staff. A huge THANK YOU to Raluca and the Makesure organisation.

I have done my application with then online last Feb 19. My application got completed Feb 21 (2 business days after application). They told me to wait 6 business days. After 6 business days, my AFP has not arrived yet. I asked for it to be reprinted and send to their Melbourne office so I can have the soft copy as I need it urgently for immigration. Again I need to wait for 6 more business days. My partner’s AFP check arrived March 9 wherein his application got completed March 2 (almost 9 days after mine).Today March 11, lunchtime , I called and asked if it arrived at the Melbourne office and the guy told me he has it and will send me within today. I finished work 5pm, still no email. I called again and a girl named Emily confirmed she has it. I asked if she can send it to me. And she mentioned she is busy. She will send it 30 minutes after. She responded with no emphathy at all and she knew I needed that and my voice almost begging but she said she was busy and she will do it later. How is that customer service,30 minutes after, I still dont have any email.I am just about to call them.I applied with Makesure for the first time as they claimed quickest turnover. As I needed this urgently cause of the timeframe of the immigration, I will not be monitoring this consistently. I have done all the waiting timeframes and followed all the instirction and yet I get a response “I am busy”. It felt horrible.If you are looking for your AFP CHECK DONE, not this website. You can verify with me and ask me and I can tell you exactly that I have waited nearing over 3 weeks now. And the immigration just gave me 28 days (not business) for this to be submitted.And worse, you get people over the phone being horrible to you. I hope we can just tell everybody we are busy in customer service to make our lives easier. What is worse, I never argued with her over the phone. I just requested and again I followed their instructions. I did send constant emails as I am really in a tight situation on the timeframe by the immigration.This company/website gave me stress (and continually giving me one as I have not received it). So if you want a stress free AFP check, not this website. If you want customer service people that will understand your situation, NOT THIS COMPANY /WEBSITE.If you need anything fast, certainly NOT THIS Website/Company.And I am the type of person who follows the rules, will wait for the timeframe given. Will not argue over the phone. So save your money time and stress, not this Website.

Organised a Police check through Makesure for my University placement.The software they use, is user friendly and straight-forward (making the whole process very easy). I had to provide further documentation, and called them to query and the person on the phone was efficient and professional. He helped me on the spot. Thank you !

I was asked by MakeSure to supply references and other information for a Police check for my employer.The emails sent to me were badly written and included spelling mistakes. I had to engage the online chat for assistance. I spent over 40 minutes of my time trying to find out why I could not submit my references - turned out that their website would not accept an apostrophe in the referee email address field! Online chat assistance said that I had to submit the email address without the apostrophe. How would the referee be able to action my reference check if they can't receive the email?Just ridiculous. Honestly, if you're an employer I would recommend you go through someone else for your reference and Police checks.

Super quick and friendly service. Online support chat is VERY responsive and helpful. Lodged my NPC application and got the results back the same day. Definitely recommend.
