DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Absolute WORST experience I’ve ever had! I wouldn’t come here even if someone paid me. Came here for a facial and left the place with my face all dry and red. Not only did they use poor quality products that smelt terrible, they also scrubbed my face really hard and had my face stinging the entire time. The staff were incredibly rude, I had water dripping down my neck that I had to keep wiping off, they even left me laying there for 30 minutes with a mask on that wasn’t applied properly so that they could wax another customers eyebrows. They were not considerate at all, I’m absolute disgusted with how bad this service was. My face is left with open pores and is super dry and still in pain. Do not let these people take your money!

Today I had my armpits, legs and a Brazilian wax, plus pedicure and manicure at Jennica Nails and Beauty salon. I am so impressed with Lisa and the team of ladies, as they had wonderful customer service skills. I walked out feeling beautiful and very happy. I highly recommend this salon to anyone who needs pampering or just a quick touch up.

Worst experience I have ever hadI had a full face waxing done. I am getting my wax done since 7 year never had this type of reaction before. I have rashes and itchy all over my face it's been 3 days it's never been like this before and it's getting worst every day. Now I need to see a doctor .Not recommend to do there at all. Never going back

I visited Jennica Nails for the first time this week, and I was very happy with their friendly, polite and professional service! My nails were done with care, in a timely manner and didn't swap workers in between my service. The lovely ladies took their time and did exactly what I had asked.
