First new car for me and I saw that Harry's service was well recommended online as a broker who works for you, not the dealer (you pay the fee, not the dealer).Most communication was by email after the initial phone call which I found convenient. He really does the negotiating part for you (and also probably saves you a bunch of other little hassles and potential traps).(I suggest you do a test drive first and if you like the salesperson/dealer, get their name and let Harry know you test-drove with them. He may or may not get a quote from that dealer, but at least you've given them a chance for the sale if they've helped you.)
