Shaun was fantastic. We had an antique gate in disrepair, requiring restoration. They were able to bring it back to looking brand new. The communication and follow up care was exceptional. A great overall experience.

I had a beautiful security door made at Gateshead Wrought Iron years ago when there were different owners. It was great. Unfortunately something broke on it last fortnight. I rang the company. They explained they were new owners but they were only too happy to take responsibility, come out and fix the problem free of charge. They said it should never have broken. They arrived, measured, replaced the broken bit, and upgraded the security at the same time, all free of charge, for their name's sake, and to ensure they did a quality job. I loved their workmanship, their prompt attention, their professionalism, their tidiness, and most of all, their manner. They were friendly, helpful, and generous in their attitude, and are obviously proud of their work and their company. I will always turn to this company whenever I need something done. I am very impressed with them.
