Their service fees (which are charged by hour) are ridiculously high, when all that the technician really did was talk to the building manager and poke around our ceiling for a few hours.The problem with our A/C was certainly not fixed (in fact, it has gotten worse since their visit), and I regret ever reaching out to them.

The company may be big. The service fee was not cheap. More importantly they will charge the call out fee even after getting the job. The call out fee amount was unquoted and unknown in the whole process. And they charged the fee anyway after the job done.Heaps AC companies out there are providing free quote, or at least let you know the charge upfront. High price plus hidden charges, no way to use them again.
