Not reliable. If there was a zero rating that would be my pick. Needed a leaking valve repaired (28 Oct 2022) and had to turn Garry away the first time as we had covid (2 Nov 2022). Since then he didn't respond to texts, and when I called he'd forgotten the job. Promised to turn up the next week and didn't. It is now 9 Dec, I haven't been able to run pumps, pool is green, and apparently I am being unfair on him as have told him i'd find someone else. Also claims to have called me which is a lie - mobile phones have a calling record Garry come on get your story straight. We also agreed to have a monthly cleaning service. No surprises that hasn't happened either.Garry does not make reliable promises, so my recommendation is find someone that does.
