Was at Bikebiz for warranty, service staff polite and professional, very clean environment. Sales staff I spoke with while waiting, friendly and knowledgeable. Bonus, was given access to complimentary coffee machine. Well done Triumph Bikebiz.

Called about a specific part. Was assisted by Michael, who just showed such a great level of customer service. Friendly and helpful. Out of stock but offered to call the supplier to get me the part in the colour I needed. Well done Michael, I really appreciate you. This level of service makes me a repeat customer.

After sales support is apalling and they clearly have no respect for other people's property and time. Bought my Scrambler 900 in Oct 2022 and sent it in for it's first 1000km service the following month. Their mechanic somehow failed to put back one of the sump guard screws. I reported the incident the following day and was promised a replacement part. 5 phone calls, 1 email and 1 personal visit to the shop over 6 MONTHS and still nothing! Everytime I make contact (I've spoken to Dean or Ashley), they say they will follow up with Parts and will give me a call but no one ever does. This organisation is hopeless and I am never doing business with them again. To prospective customers, be warned and don't get fooled by their 4 star ratings as majority of the reviews are from bike purchases which only reflects the intial sale engagement.

Steve Vance was my salesperson and he did a great job. Friendly and communicative throughout the whole process, i was never wanting for information. I found him very understanding and patient to a newbie like me. Great work! My new Ninja 400 is at home and im eager to start riding.

Dropped in with the intention of leaving with a used bike.Ambled around and stood in front of the bike I interested in for a solid 35 minutes. With 7-10 people working in the store and no other customers nobody said hello or engaged me in any way.I could have stood in the middle of the showroom and made it rain and still not been sold a bike.

I've waited 55 years to get my motorbike license and now two years later finally owned ninja 400 kit edition. Fred at the dealership were patient and helpful dealing with a newbie like me, Even taking test ride with me to ensure that I choose the right bike for my first two wheeler ( I learned to ride on three wheeler yamaha tricity 155). As they say rest is history. Look forward to go riding to with Fred as soon as my skills improve. Thanks to Fred and co (funny guys) for making me feel at home. Top motobike dealership in Sydney. The lady here was superb, even though she was busy as the store was closing, she helped me to get perfect shoes and other accessories. She knew her job well and made me comfortable. The process was smooth and fast. They are best store for accessories. I got five gloves and all range of alpine star goretex. Thanks for such a wonderful experience.
