As always great customer service well presented shelving and would not get product anywhere else than bws

While BWS doesn't have the range of say Dan Murphy's or First choice, the staff are always friendly and helpful.

I can't company about other staff members there when i been in there before.. But to day i felt so uncomfortable in ur shop and she was very rude and made me very comfortable and i just couldn't wait to get out of the shop

The woman that was working in your store this morning 14/4/2022 had zero customer service skills. She was more concerned with finishing her cigarette as she was in the carpark smoking when I first arrived and the store was unattended. She wasn't particularly fussed about recommending new products or assisting me with my purchase. As soon as I left, she proceeded to follow me out and walked to the opposite side of the carpark and lit up another ciggy this time with a woman from another one of the stores in the complex. I felt as though they were talking about me as they both looked me up and down as my son and I walked away. This made me feel very uncomfortable.This is unfortunate as generally speaking, the staff that work in this store are lovely. They always greet you with a smile and offer fantastic customer service.In future, if that particular staff member is in store I'd prefer to shop elsewhere.

They close with no regard for posted opening hours. Then when confronted use excuses such as: it's easter maaate" on the Saturday before easter Sunday. Or "it's me kids birfday" (sic) such highly educated folk that are increadibly outgoing and care for customers. Good work ALH group
