I have been having eyelash extensions with Joanne for at least the last 8 or more years and am always very happy with the results. Over the last 12 months I have also been having treatments on my arms to eliminate saggy skin with excellent results. It's also great to have a reminder text the day before . Just had HD Brows done by Joanne and I would highly recommend. I am very particular with my brows and have just moved over to Australia so was really nervous about finding the right new brow lady and I can certainly say I’ve found the one! Excellent attention to deal and my brows look great!

Joanne was wonderful! We were assisted by several beauty therapists bit she stood out as the loveliest.Had to prep for a family wedding and brought my new sister in law to be with me. Loved the services.

Really disappointed had my lashes done only under 2 weeks ago and had to come back to get them redone as they were awful. They use cheap thick glue and all my lashes stuck together as far too much glue was used. I was offered to have my lashes removed and pay for a full set but why should I when I have had lashes done for over 4 years and not once I have ever had them clump together and cause me pain but that's fine I was happy and willing to pay again. Usually my lashes last up to three weeks and have never clumped together to the point they were ripping out my real lashes as they were so heavy. Anyway tried them again today and really unhappy they haven't been applied properly and just look awful. Told the technician before I left and she brushed them in the reception as said it is because I left them too long? But it has only been 1 week and 5 days. Anyway i will not return they owner just seems concerned about money and not providing a good service. I'm happy to pay but do a decent job in the first place and I wouldn't have needed to come back so soon and now after paying today to fix the mess I will have to pay another salon to have them completely removed and redone as my lashes underneath are ruined. Shame as it has a good location but not worth losing your lashesReply 25/08/2019-Yes that is true I was running late and that's why I called you to let you know I would be coming in by 1 , and I said if that is not enough time I can reschedule to which you said not to worry to come in anyway as the technician doesn't have a client booked until later. The reason I came back is because of all the good reviews here, and when I spoke to you you said the original technician does not specialise in doing lashes only. Also the location is great for me and other than the quality of service offered the clinic is very nice so I did want to find a new regular salon. You have completely ignored the fact that my lashes have been ruined, and as they say a picture can speak a thousands words which is why I have uploaded some pictures and if you think that is acceptable work then really I just warn others about going to your salon. I did not leave the salon happy at all I and when I mentioned that I was not happy with them to the technician like I said she just got a brush, brushed them through and said it was because I had left them too long even though it had only been 1 week and 5 days. Lashes should be okay to last three weeks and they should never clump together and pull your natural lashes out which is evident in the picture I have uploaded. As a business owner myself I think your attitude in trying to blame me for leaving it too long and then being late is quite sad and you should be focusing on the real issue here. I have had my lashes done every 2-3 weeks for the last 4 years and not once have they ever clumped together after 1 week 5 days, that's not normal and your technicians are doing something wrong if you think that is. I really thought I would be in safe hands as your reviews here are great but they really don't reflect my experience at all, unfortunately

Maureen was absolutely lovely. She fitted me in and the service was friendly and professional. I will definitely rebook for another appointment.
