Finding a mechanic you can trust is a really hard thing to do in this day and age. Some mechanics can take you for a ride or just don't have the experience necessary to do the best job.Carmen is no such mechanic. Their staff are experienced and extremely helpful. I have both my Nissan Import and my partner's car serviced there and they communicate with you and how your service is going and if there is any extra items to cover they give you your options.These guys go above and beyond and are very reasonably priced. I wouldn't have anyone else look after my cars in Brisbane.

I really appreciate Rick's down to earth, honest and open communication. Nothing is too much of a problem for him and he was so flexible with fitting me in for an urgent issue. I have a lot of trust in him and know he will always do a great job (and at a great price!).

Carmen's have been extremely helpful, when i experienced issues with my Delica Troy worked through the potential problems step by step without over charging.So much so he phoned me on a Saturday morning to tell me he had an idea about what could be wrong and sure enough he was spot on, this saved me thousands on having the injectors re-worked.i would trust Troy and Carmen auto care to do the right thing each and every time.
