Love the small gym vibes. Staff are super friendly, music is not blaringly loud and there's a good community here. Overall, great atmosphere and all the equipment is easy to find. Special shoutout to Jasmine for being a great staff member, helping me get registered at this gym, and for her friendly and kind nature.

I have found Gym's intimidating in the past but haveing a manager my own age group is fantastic. Vicky is warm, friendly and it feels like dropping in to visit a friend. Being mature aged she understands that older have different motivation to work out. I haveosteoporosis.I think all your gym's should a Vicky""
