I’m from Melbourne and a lot of nail salons treat you like a number, rush you in and and rush you out. The staff at She were so lovely. Very professional and caring, giving a relaxing pedicure.

I have gone here pretty regularly every 2 weeks since the start of 2022 but after today I won’t be back. Most of the staff don’t speak English, Alex is rude and clearly has his favourite customers. I always book yet I am always made to wait for over 10 minutes which is fine if you get good service but not the case. Came in the have shellac taken off, used the electric file then put the chemical on which is fine. He got tired of using a normal file and scraper half way through doing my hands so went back to the electric one which is really rough on my nails and causes them to be thin and break easily - my nails so I know this. Then went to use the drill again to “clean” my nails I asked him not to because all the shellac was off, he was not happy that I asked this and was pretty rude for the rest of the time. Also he cut my nails and “filed” them but may as well have not because they are all completely uneven and jagged. Paid $15 and I now need to go somewhere else to get them fixed. Will never be back, makes sense why this salon is never fully booked and is easy to get an appointment at any day/time of the week.

The best nail salon in Darwin!She Nails is such a lovely nail salon, all of the staff are so friendly and the foot/ leg massage during the pedicure is amazing!I never feel rushed or part of a production line in this salon, it has a relaxing atmosphere even on a busy weekend!

I got my nails done here and the quality was ok, but one nail lifted within a week so I booked an appointment online to get the Acrylic nail fixed. The business accepted the online booking and sent numerous reminder emails and sms. However, When I got here, I was meet by staff who told me no one was available to do it. Poor management of the booking system, poor quality to have it lifting so soon and highly annoyed to drive from Zuccoli to then be told can’t do it when I pre-booked. Extremely unsatisfied - don’t recommend.

Great customer service!My partner and I went to this place yesterday. I was totally satisfied with the pedicures and foot massage while my wife had the her nails done as far as it goes.Alex and the team (Tammy and Anna) really stand by the quality of their work. They made us feel so welcome.

Attention to detail sums up the care shown by the technicians at She Nails. Extremely happy with manicure, SNS, and removal of polish is done with care. Pedicure spa, to die for!

Good service. Need a sound system with multiple speakers so they can turn the volume down and have better communication. Feet are feeling fine and looking good again.

Absolutely loved it! First time I get all I wanted and walk out so happy from a Nail Salon in Darwin. Alex totally got what I wanted and the pedicure was a dream. Beautiful work/place/customer service. Definitely coming back. 100% Recommended

I don't usually leave a negative review. However, similar to some other customers' reviews, I did not enjoy my experience at this salon. Went there for the first time on Friday and will not be back. I felt like the male technician (assuming his name is Alex), hated being there, and I felt he had some issue with me for some reason. He was very abrupt, his tone was rude, and I felt like I was being demanding by making a couple of requests. I got acrylic infill and shellac colour done for my fingernails. Even with asking me to switch my hands during the drying part of the session, I felt like he was telling me off if I did the wrong thing or misheard him. One day later and the polish is already bubbling and ripping off. I don't even feel comfortable about going back to get it fixed. I'd much rather go elsewhere. Absolutely disappointed and annoyed. Would give zero stars if I could.
