Westcare Early Learning Centre

Wonderful centre, friendly and encouraging educators, modern facilities and clean classrooms. My son loves attending Westcare ELC. His educators always provide updates and photos of their day which I find great, as it keeps me informed. He feels safe and really enjoys his days there.

My daughter loves going to Westcare learning centre. She comes home happy and I can see she has a good bond with the childcare educators.All the team are professional, polite, respectful and caring.My daughter has allergies and they are happy to cater to her needs and I feel reassured they are trained in the event of an emergency.As an extra bonus they send me regular updates throughout the day.Highly recommend

The Westcare Early Learning Centre staff are excellent with my daughter. The staff are easy to approach and talk to, polite but also down to earth.The communication about what my daughter has done during the day and what my daughter has learnt is amazing. I love getting my daily email with photos what my daughter has been up to.The centre is clean, modern, child focused and highly recommended over other centres in the area.

My son is always happy to be at the centre. The staff are very accommodating and happy to help out. The meals are fantastic! We moved from another centre and I as a mum was worried how my son would adapt. He was fine, was accepted into the community instantly and has learnt so much in the 4 months he has been there. Thanks.

Our family loves Westcare ELC. Neither of my children had ever been to childcare before so naturally I was quite nervous starting them but the transition has been great! We are always welcomed with a smile, the room leaders & the rest of the team are very dedicated & ensure the children are well taken care of. Communication between the centre & parents is just amazing & we love getting photos & an update during the day of our little ones! Plus you don't have to worry about packing nappies or food which is a bonus! Would definitely recommend them!

UPDATE: Thought I would update my review as my daughter has been there now for 1 year and 8 months. My daughter still loves going to childcare and I can't talk highly enough of the staff. My comments below are still the same today but the centre is really finding its groove now and it's an exciting time to be involved in my child's education. Educational programs, routines and resources have been refined especially with more highly trained staff. I find, as I always have, that the staff are always welcoming and happy to chat about my daughter and warm in their communication with her. This has always been a strong point for choosing this facility, as I feel they really care and take time to listen. She has made some strong bonds with the other children, ones that I can see lasting beyond her childcare years. Thank you!My daughter has been at the centre for 6 months now (after moving from another one) and she absolutely loves it. I think one of the best signs is the days she doesnt go she gets out her childcare bag and heads to the front door!*Staff are warm and welcoming and respond very well to suggestions and feedback and to the childrens' interests.*The director isnt afraid to be hands on and engage with the children.*Food is great and smells lovely when we enter the centre.*Cleanliness is important to me and being a new centre it has a light and bright atmosphere.*The kids love the outdoor nature play area and I like their approach to sustainability.*Flexible with bookings and to our routine.Cant recommend them enough.

I highly recommend Westcare Early Learning Centre!! High quality Montessori equipment as well as a stable education for children.Beautiful centre with such wonderful educators that are willing to provide their support and comfort to each and every child. Alongside ELC’s wonderful generous director that runs the centre and makes all the magic happen. It’s a delight to be apart of such a great community of people at Westcare Early Learning Centre.

Great Centre, staff are so welcoming and it really feels like a family environment. Best decision we made sending our children here.

I’m giving this childcare 2 stars because there were 2 great workers holding the place up which was unfair because the rest of them in my daughters class were inattentive and just didn’t seem to care. There were quite a few times I would pick her up and she would be crying by herself whilst the childcare workers were talking to each other or just staring at her and not soothing her. It wasn’t just her that was crying by herself as well, I’ve picked her up and there have been children balling their eyes out by themselves and no one is soothing them. Also, her first day there they served her a meat dish when we specifically told them she was vegetarian. I’m writing this so other people can understand my experience and the director did deal with it the best she could but I just don’t think it should be something that should be dealt with as it’s basic human nature and responsibility of a young child.

My son has attended the centre since they opened. 1st childcare centre my little guy has been too. Staff are friendly and communication is great. Outside area is amazing and great to explore. Happy to leave my son as I know he is having fun and expanding his knowledge. Would highly recommend to anyone!
