Mountain Manny - Handyman

Hired Manny and his team to install some heritage-style canopies and a small deck out the back. They did a fantastic job in no time at all. Our dog also liked them, which is always a plus.Highly recommended.

Manny has spent a week at our Ferny Creek home building a room for us within our home. The work involved removing a window and part of an external wall, installing new internal walls, installing a cavity sliding door, installing a new window and weather boards on the outside of the house. He was plasterer and carpenter. This was a big job and he had to work around lockdowns , our dogs and us being at home most of the time. And if you have an old home you know there are not straight lines, slopping falls and you open a wall to find rot and other problems.Throughout Manny was cheerful and personable. Trustworthy and clear. The price for the work was transparent and honest , including the cost he paid for materials .It is wonderful to be able to support a new hills business and to find a handyman with multiple skills and a willingness to take on small and medium jobs.Highly recommended

Manny does just about anything required to maintain and improve your home and garden. As well as cutting/slashing/pruning and generally maintaining our steep mountain block, he has built a retaining wall and fixed potholes in our driveway. Repairing our deck is also on his agenda. Manny’s workmanship is superb, and his personality is delightful. Manny is a gem and I would definitely recommend him for any home or garden maintenance work.

Manny completed alterations to our spa barrier to comply with recent council regulations. He had good ideas and readily addressed our suggestions. His work was very good and promptly completed.I can willingly recommend him to anyone looking for a handyman/builder in the Dandenongs. We are very happy with the outcome and the inspector passed the barrier without questiion.

Manny built a fence in my front yard, that, like many Hills residences, was quite a tricky build on a demanding slope. Other contractors were unwilling to do the job, Manny being a local, understands the area and its particular challenges. He is very knowledgeable and was able to understand my needs and determine the best way to achieve them. Manny is extremely professional, very skilled, displays great attention to detail and takes considerable pride in his work. He and Brad are both very respectful and personable, they went above and beyond, even assisting me with other needs whilst there, they were a pleasure to have at my property. Manny did a great job on landscaping at our place, dug out a huge amount of earth to build a retaining wall and we are very impressed with how quickly he worked. Highly recommend!
